Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer multiple delivery options to meet different customer needs:

  1. Standard Delivery

    • Delivery within 1–3 business days in All Emirates.

    • Remote areas may take 3–5 business days.

    • Flat-rate shipping fees may apply.

  2. Express Delivery

    • Available in select locations.

    • Delivery within 1–2 business days.

    • Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on location, shipping method, and order value.

  • Free delivery offered on orders above 100 AED.

  • Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Delivery Issues

  • Missed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will attempt re-delivery or contact you for a suitable time.

  • Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, holidays).

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Pick Up from KLOUDS.AE

  • Customers may choose to collect their orders from our warehouse or retail partner locations.

  • You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
