Unflavoured: Each 5g serve provides 
Creatine monohydrate 5g
Equiv. Creatine 4.4g

Directions :

Adults: Take 1 serve 4 times daily for 5 days followed by a maintenance dose of 1 serve daily thereafter or as directed by your healthcare professional. 

Maintenance: Take 1 serve daily

Dosage form: Powder, oral

Berry Flavoured :

Adults: Add 6g (1rounded scoop) to water, suitable juice or liquid, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Consume plenty of water throughout the day.

When: Take 6g (1 rounded scoop) to 12g (2 rounded scoops) a day, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap ring of seal under cap is broken or missing.
